Noobenheim News for Nerds Stumbled upon this preview today. I heard it was coming out, and was not getting my hopes up at all for it. Dang, watching the trailer gets my hopes up for it.
I’m a fan of the games, for the most part anyway. I give up when I have to walk from one place to another and then back and it takes forever to do. The premise, story, and general action of the game I absolutely love though. So when I heard about this coming out? You bet I was excited and sad. I’ll see it in theaters, probably. Not on opening weekend. Not that I don’t want to support it, the acting looks great, casting seems phenomenal. It’s just that it’s a movie based on video games, and even if I did learn that the square root of 36481 is 191 from the Super Mario Bros Movie, seeing Yoshi in there ruined my childhood.
But maybe this is the one that turns it all around?
