Now open in New York’s East Village of Manhattan as of this past May is a Tim Burton inspired bar that fulfills the dreams of our inner goth kid.
Beetle House, brought to you by seasoned themed bar owners Christopher Neil and Brian Link, pays homage to some of Tim Burton fans’ favorite films. With alcoholic beverages such as The Beetles Juice and Edward’s Lemonade, paired with tasty dishes with names like Sweeney Beef and Victor Van Pork, your imagination is free to run as wild as your taste buds. Unfortunately, it’s not a spur-of-the-moment destination. According to their website, dining is by reservation only. Luckily, they do offer select items for delivery.
It’s not just an experience for your palate however – the bar is also adorned with Tim Burton inspired artwork. Throughout the bar you will find pictures of beloved characters such as Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, and Mr. Jack Skellington himself.
Pair this with an ambience cast by dimly lit chandeliers, deep purple walls, and unique black furniture, you can find Halloween here all year round!
